Every appointment is intentionally personalized, whether you're stopping in for a quick refresh or settling in for a full set, so you can leave feeling polished, refreshed, and a little more like yourself.

Yes. Each appointment is booked exclusively for one guest at a time in a dedicated room, no shared stations, no other clients in the space during your visit.
River Loft sits inside Grand River Pilates Studio. Come through our main doors, to the top floor and follow the signs to River Loft.
All tools are professionally cleaned and disinfected between every client, and every workstation is sanitized before your appointment begins.
Arrive a few minutes early to settle in. We'll talk briefly about what you're looking for, then the rest of the time is quiet, no pressure to chat if you'd rather relax.
We ask for 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Since each appointment holds the entire room for you, late cancellations are subject to a $30 fee.
